Frequently asked questions

What families ask us before getting started and direct answers.

For families

How long does a recruitment take?

As a general rule, we present a first selection of profiles within 7 to 14 days of our first exchange. The timeline may be longer if the profile is rare : trilingual nanny, Montessori specialist, immediate availability for a live-in position. We keep you informed at every stage and present nothing until we are satisfied with the profiles we have found.

How do you verify candidates?

Each candidate goes through several interviews with us before joining our network. We verify their references by calling previous employers directly, asking precise questions , not just accepting a recommendation letter. We also assess their language level in real conditions. The profiles we present are profiles we know.

How many profiles will you present to me?

Generally 3 to 5 candidates. We prefer to present a small number of well-matched profiles rather than a long list of approximate ones. If none of them suits you, we restart the search at no additional cost.

Can I meet the candidate before deciding?

Yes, and it is essential. We arrange meetings in person in Morocco, or by video call for families abroad. You can meet as many profiles as needed from those we present. You make no commitment until you have found the right person.

What happens if it does not work out?

We offer a replacement guarantee. If the collaboration does not go as planned during the agreed period, we restart the process at no extra cost, taking into account what did not work the first time.

What are your fees?

Our fees depend on the profile sought and the complexity of the recruitment. We always provide a clear quote before starting, with no hidden costs. We explain everything during our first exchange , contact us to discuss.

Do you offer live-in nannies?

Yes. We have profiles available both live-in and live-out. Some candidates are also available for mixed arrangements by week. Please specify your constraints in your request and we will orient the search accordingly.

Can the nanny travel with us?

Some profiles in our network are available to accompany families on trips within Morocco or internationally. This availability is clarified from the start , we do not promise what we cannot guarantee.

Do you help draft the employment contract?

We provide a template contract in line with Moroccan labour law. For international placements, we direct you to the relevant resources for the country concerned. The contract is signed directly between you and the candidate , we facilitate, we do not act as the employer.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Your information is never shared without your agreement, and the profiles you consult only know what you have agreed to share. We handle every situation with the discretion it deserves.

For candidates

How do I join the Primar Agency network?

Go to our Apply page and fill in the form with your background and information. We review every application and get back to you within 7 days if your profile matches what we are looking for.

What profiles are you looking for?

We look for candidates with at least two years of verifiable experience with children, fluent in two or more languages, with good references. A degree in education or early childhood is a plus, but not the only criterion. What also matters is how you work and what previous employers say about you.

Do I have to pay any fees to register?

No. Registration is free for candidates. Our fees are paid by the employing families, not by you.

Can I work internationally?

Yes. We regularly place candidates abroad. If you are open to international mobility, indicate this in your application and specify the countries or regions that interest you.

How long before finding a placement?

It depends on your profile and current demand. English-French bilingual or trilingual profiles generally find a placement within 2 to 6 weeks. We keep you informed of opportunities that match your profile.

What happens if there is a problem with the family?

Contact us. We act as an intermediary to try to find a solution. If the situation cannot be resolved, we help you find a new placement.
