Frequently asked questions
How long does a recruitment take?
As a general rule, we present a first selection of profiles within 7 to 14 days. The timeframe may vary if the profile is rare : trilingual nanny, Montessori specialist, immediate availability. We keep you informed at every stage.
How do you verify candidates?
Each candidate goes through several interviews with us before joining our network. We verify their professional references from previous years, assess their language level in real conditions and ensure the consistency of their background. We only present profiles we know.
What happens if it does not work out?
We offer a replacement guarantee. If the collaboration does not go as planned within the agreed period, we restart the process at no extra cost, taking into account what did not work the first time.
Do you work with families outside Morocco?
Yes. We support families based abroad who wish to recruit a bilingual Moroccan nanny or governess , whether for a permanent placement or a secondary residence. The entire process can be done remotely.
