The entire process can be done remotely : interviews, checks, profile presentations. We adapt to your location.

We have worked with families based outside Morocco from the very beginning. Moroccan families living in Europe or the Gulf who want to bring in a trusted nanny. Foreign families with a connection to Morocco , a secondary residence, a planned move , who want to plan their recruitment in advance.

Distance does not change the rigour of our process. The checks are the same, the interviews are the same , simply organised by video call. We are experienced with this type of recruitment and know how to handle it effectively.

What we do not do: promise timelines or results we cannot deliver. If your request is complex , very specific profile, very short deadline, unusual destination , we will tell you honestly before starting.

You live in France, Belgium, the UAE or elsewhere, and want to recruit a bilingual Moroccan nanny for your household.

You visit Morocco regularly and need a stable profile for your stays seasonal or year-round.

Profiles available for mobility

Some candidates in our network are available to follow a family abroad long-term. These profiles exist , they simply take more time to find.

First exchange by email or video call

We always start with a conversation to understand what you are looking for ,not a form. We adapt to your time zone.

Search and selection of profiles

We search our network for candidates who match your situation. For international requests, we also select profiles with experience or a genuine disposition for mobility.

Remote interviews

We organise video call interviews between you and the shortlisted candidates. We can be present to facilitate if you wish.

Support for what follows

Once the candidate is chosen, we advise on the contract, administrative formalities for the relevant countries, and remain available after the start date.
