Why Primar Agency exists
An agency created by someone who has worked in this field and knows what families truly expect.
Before creating Primar Agency, I worked for several years as a tutor and educator with families in London, Paris and Monaco. Demanding families, accustomed to a certain level of service, with children enrolled in bilingual or international environments.
This work taught me one essential thing: what makes a nanny truly work within a family is rarely the CV. It is the way she understands the children, adapts to the family dynamic, and handles the unexpected. That does not show on a job application.
Back in Morocco, I noticed that the nanny and governess placement market lacked this level of rigour , particularly for families looking for bilingual profiles or with precise educational expectations. We chose to work differently : fewer placements, more attention given to each family.
We are a small agency, and that is a deliberate choice. We prefer to follow each recruitment seriously rather than multiply placements. Every family who contacts us receives time, attention, and an honest answer , including if we feel we are not able to meet their needs.
How we work
Before searching for anything, we take the time to understand your situation. Your children, your organisation, your expectations and your constraints.
Every candidate we present has been met, assessed on their languages and professional approach, and had their references checked. No unknown profiles.
If a profile does not match exactly what you are looking for, we tell you. If we do not have the right profile, we tell you that too. No forced placement.
We follow each placement after the start date. If something is not right, we step in. The goal is for it to work over time , not just at signing.
Your information stays with us. We share nothing without your agreement, and we handle every situation with the confidentiality it deserves.
